Mary is a mechanical engineer now working with companies to improve their diversity policies and training especially in the area of unconscious bias. Companies need to get the best from their workforce and there is a battle on to retain good women she believes. Women need to find their voice and to advocate for each other in the work place she is convinced and in this podcast she has some practical tips for women and for companies who want to get the best from all of their workforce.
